These Terms and Conditions govern your enrollment, participation, and access to programs offered by Yuvaa Academy, a unit of Yuvaasoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. By joining any of our courses or using our services, you agree to the policies outlined in this document. These terms ensure transparency, quality, and a smooth learning experience for every student.
Yuvaa Academy provides training exclusively through live online sessions and in person classroom programs. We do not provide recorded classes under any circumstances. Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions on time and participate actively to receive the full benefit of the course.
Consistent attendance is essential for successful progress in all programs. If a student misses a live session, it is their responsibility to review shared notes, complete assigned tasks, and take guidance during available mentor support hours. Yuvaa Academy is not obligated to repeat missed classes individually.
Course fees can be paid in two installments. The first installment is required to confirm admission, and the second installment must be completed before the course reaches its midpoint. Yuvaa Academy does not accept payments in the form of cash or cheques. All payments must be made only through digital methods such as UPI, bank transfer, or demand draft. Fees paid toward any program are non refundable. Refund requests are considered only in exceptional circumstances and require approval from Yuvaa Academy management.
All study materials, assignments, slides, recordings (if any), and resources provided by Yuvaa Academy are intended solely for personal educational use. Students may not copy, share, distribute, publish, or use academy materials for commercial or public purposes without written permission.
Students must maintain professional and respectful behavior toward mentors, staff, and peers. Disruptive behavior, harassment, misconduct, or violation of academy rules may result in suspension or removal from the program without any refund.
Internship opportunities offered by Yuvaa Academy or the Yuvaasoft ecosystem are based on performance, project completion, attendance, communication skills, and mentor evaluation. These opportunities are not guaranteed for every student and are awarded based on merit and readiness.
Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of all required assignments, quizzes, assessments, and the final project. The certificate is awarded under Yuvaa Academy, part of the Yuvaasoft ecosystem, and may be used for resumes, LinkedIn, or portfolio enhancement.
Students attending online sessions must ensure they have a working laptop, stable internet connection, and required software installed in advance. Yuvaa Academy is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by technical issues on the student’s side.
Yuvaa Academy may update class schedules, mentors, or curriculum structure when necessary to maintain the quality of training. Students will be informed of changes as early as possible, and such updates do not qualify for refunds or fee adjustments.
Student projects developed during the course remain the intellectual creation of the student. However, Yuvaa Academy may request permission to showcase these projects for educational or promotional purposes. The academy’s own materials remain the exclusive property of Yuvaa Academy.
All submissions, including assignments and projects, must reflect the student’s own work. Plagiarism, copying from peers, or using unauthorized sources will result in disciplinary action and may affect certification eligibility.
By enrolling in any program at Yuvaa Academy, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Continued participation in classes and use of academy resources also indicates acceptance of these policies.
